Mildly Menacing Medic
The Vaccinator allows a player to be immune to crits, which is an exploit when used on an allcrits server. also, banning the Darwin's Danger Shield would be nice too, as they are frequently used in tandem.

+1 for the Vaccinator

That would be ok if Vaccinator Medics played offensively. Mostly they just hang around and heal snipers.
That happens everywhere, doesn't mean it should be banned. Just go soldier to counter it, most Vaccinator Medic's stay on bullet resistance so they can win da game.

It's pretty easy to counter the Vaccinator. Vac Medic heals a sniper with bullet resistance? Go soldier or demo and blow them up. Problem solved.

I was going to be -1 on this, as crits are supposed to cause Uber to drain quicker to balance things out, but after reading that a bug causes the crit-resistance to occur without using Ubercharge, I'm going to +1 this

So what's the logistic here?
A bug that causes the vac to give crit resistance to the medic/his heal target/both?
Is the bug passive or does it need to be exploited?
Can someone explain a bit more clearly as to what is actually happening.

Even without uber, anyone healed by the Vaccinators is immune to crits. Also, even without the bug it's still an exploit around the gamemode.

I looked it up on the wiki and it appears that any damage reduces the ubercharge up to 75% per explosion.

In addition, the bonus damage of critical hits and mini-crits is completely negated, though at the expense of a certain amount of ÜberCharge per attack (-75% per explosion, -1% per flame particle/flare, and -3% per bullet (note that attacks with multiple pellets, such as shotguns, still only deduct -3% per shot regardless of how many pellets hit)).

I'm not sure if the crit protection is a bug or not, and the wiki is unsure either way, but the fact that they have tried to balance crits out by the reduction of charge in relation to damage taken suggests this is a planned feature.

However, the crits server is a custom game, so this feature will unbalance play so I'm going to give a +1 to this suggestion.

from the previous paragraph:
Also, and this is likely a bug, the bonus damage of critical hits is entirely resisted during this passive benefit (as opposed to only during Übercharge), and this does not incur any ÜberCharge penalty.
