It was not two warnings for 1 offense (I don't think our warning system lets you do that).
One warning for thread crapping and one warning for previous posts in the same thread which were pure spam and which got reported by users with our report system. So two different warnings for two different offenses.

After talking to Zebra I changed it to 1 warning for both occasions.

As it should have been. A warning is telling them to stop. Giving another before they were even given the opportunity to stop is redundant.
