Any other reason you should be admin:
I think I have a lot of qualities good in a admin/moderator. I have pretty good availability, over 1700 hours on tf2, a alright amount of hours on Skial servers, try to convince my friends who dislike Skial to join and have fun, have a great trading rep (I overpay on purpose sometimes and declined a 1 bud upgrade because I felt it wrong), and have over 50 games and spent about $2000 on steam. I have also had 3 jobs, and have one at current (Yes, I am young but in Canada getting a job at 15 is easier than you would think...), and have experience working for an employer if that makes a difference. Although my main server is Jailbreak, I play on your servers for real TF2 as well, and while I am not a regular on those I still join them when possible. I will go out of my way (Unless I'm in Dota) to help out with issues. Even though I am not in the forum often, I am still known in the Jailbreak community. I also have experience being an Admin on a trade server, and the guy who hired me as an admin for it is no longer active and shut down the server. So yeah, hope you consider me.

EDIT: This thread has become a bit of a confusing thing. Allow me to explain it here.

I was first applying for admin, not knowing the difference between mod and admin. Once I learned, I felt as if I was not confident enough to be an admin and so I changed it to a mod app. Then, Astir asked me some bonus questions about what to do in situations actually happening on the server, he suggested I apply for admin. I figured that, I had gained enough confidence within this community and had enough knowledge to handle it, so I changed it back to an admin application.

So, It's an admin AND mod app, which is kind of weird but I don't mind having either. I got so much support from so many others (Not only Astir) in the community it boosted my confidence. ^_^​

+1 Ernie's a level-headed guy who knows how to follow the rules. He's also very friendly and nice.
 
+/- 0. Decent guy. He could definitely use a little more time on our servers. He's proven nice, because he's only been on for 4 days, a little longer, with the way he's going and +1 from me.

I've just come back from a 1 month break. I've been on for around 3 weeks before that. Some old friends of mine showed back up. Thanks though mate. ^_^

I fully agree with every part of that. Ernie is in no way on my bad side and has never been and will never be. He's a really cool guy and he deserves my +1

I was originally applying for Admin but I am 100% willing to change it to Jailbreak Moderator anyday. ^^

EDIT: This is one of the rare times I come on the forum, so if I have to make a new application for Jailbreak Mod or you think I'm more suited to be one, by all means let me know!

Yeah... just to mention that, you might want to be a little active on the forums as well as a mod/admin, it helps a lot :P

You do not need to be more active on the forums, the only thing admins need to do is handle reports. You don't even need to make a post to resolve them.You just need to be around.

Since you are applying to be a Jailbreak mod, all you need to know is you need to help out with Jailbreak reports and help reduce the amount of reports by being active in the server. If there is a problem you cannot handle, an admin will listen to Jailbreak mods and act accordingly.

What you need to do not is get Jailbreak players to vouch for you. And ask some jailbreak mods to vouch as well.

Alright, sounds good. I'm pretty active there, and can for sure help out. If things get out of hand I know a few admins I can go to. Sure, I'll get some people to vouch for me. Thanks for the info man. ^_^
 
+1, He's a good guy that follows the rules carefully, I never saw him break the rules.

Also active on the forums unlike me.
I would like it if he becomes a Jailbreak Mod.
 
+1, Awesome player understands the rules. Ive never seen him freekill if so it was on accident because of stacking or some stupid red getting in the way.
 
Sroy is a real good person and i think that he will make a awesome admin that is why im voting for him and im sorry for my typeing :P +1
 
+1 Knows all the rules, always embraces them and is never rude. Always in a good mood, which promotes a happy environment in the server :)
 
I'm going to +1 too. While I haven't been going on Jailbreak as much as I did the last months, the times I played with Ernie he showed he is quite the person that could help a lot by being a Moderator. He's always very friendly and very helpful. Would +1 again.
