What they do in their free time is none of Skial's business, whether they call/tease/harass/murder each other.
If he uses Skial to do any negative action, then we can punish him for it.

Total truth, if Toxik takes over France and starts an inter-nation war he wouldn't be breaking any skial rules and we couldn't ban him.
What people do outside of skial shouldn't effect them within it

Would try and explain to you all that that isn't how the world works, that there is no such thing as a closed system, no way to keep ripples of actions from changing things. Purpose of administration is to keep an environment that is best for the community. What you do somewhere that directly concerns someone here is inherently a concern here whether it is acknowledged or not.

But, this issue is moot, Bott spoke in the other thread, a mod/admin should lock these both before they fester
