Love the servers guys, just joined up and been playing DeathRun for awhile now... couple players keep making my time on Skial a bit abusive, they seem to enjoy annoying others / votemenu abuse. I got votemuted ONCE a few days ago for saying "trolololo" on mic, so I chilled out, but since then they keep abusing me via mic/text... not really fair...I just joined the server today and they keep spamming votemenu.

One guy (the Doctor) tends to be the man leading everyone to abuse me over mic, not to mention talking CONSTANTLY and getting others to gang up on me... even when his friend Vissy tells him that I haven't done anything... but then proceeds to say that nobody likes me. =(

Just watch the demo it's all in there, both on mic and chat... Plenty of other guys on chat (Smiley, BlackCat, etc) also vouch that I'm not doing anything. This sorta votemenu abuse keeps going on, I can't believe these guys think they want to apply for admin and get trusted with those powers... I've been on Steam for 10+ years now (see my SteamID) and can't believe how childish this community has gotten

If anything, VJR was definitely using the word "faggot" in text chat multiple times.

I don't ever really play on Death Run, but I think I've seen these few hop on our VSH Server, say snoody remarks, kick up a vote and then leave.
 
Yea doesn't surprise me, they seem to enjoy being a bit too butthurt / abusing a few select players and then going wild on votemenu... There was a few more but who cares, these guys were the gang leaders.
 
Actually, you've broken quite a lot of rules. You've yelled randomly into the mic, you've said racist things (along with some other things I will not repeat), and you're just all out rude. I've told you multiple times to read the rules but you keep insisting that you don't need to.

Not sure what this guy is talking about... they just votemute abused for "talking over them", whatever that means. Raze is another guy in server who can verify that I'm not doing anything. Just a couple powertripping people ganging up on someone with a mic.

I've provided a demo of them causing trouble / abuse. Unless there is a demo of this, what is being claimed about me is just hearsay/speculation and not facts... prob just another idiot who copy/pasted my name like usually happens. I'm def not racist, been playing this game since the beta.
 
I think you should really read the rules and understand it. Random music and noise over the mic is considered spamming. I keep telling you this but for some reason, you don't seem to understand that. On top of that, you've said racist things before. I was just never able to put a report up because you stopped talking before I could get it. Keep in mind that you've been on the server a lot and almost every single person on the server tells you to shut up because all you do is insult other players.
 
Might I also point out the fact that on multiple occasions, you attempted to dodge your mute/gag by leaving the server and rejoining. That is also against the rules and if you claim to know so much about the rules, you should have also noticed that part.

I agree with doomer. Five has caused a lot of trouble with me. He has made some hurtful remarks about my sexual orientation. He's micspammed quite a lot and has said racist things to some of the other players.

couldnt find it and cant watch the demo without it
 
I personally think that this report should just get invalid. Mainly because five has caused a lot of trouble and has broken the rules many times. Unfortunately, I'm still working on Windows 8 and getting used to it since I got it a few weeks ago so recording him of rule breaking is a hard task at the moment. However, I'll get the hang of it soon and I'll be sure to get a demo up as soon as I can.

If you could link me to a download of the latest version of the map then i could get this done a lot sooner and you wouldn't have to worry about recording something
 
The demos don't show him doing anything but they're of everyone else telling five to basically leave. Mainly because of the stuff I mentioned. That's why I want to get actual proof of what he's doing so we can get rid of him already.

Just hopped on to play again tonight and this guy is going at it again ganging up on me. Demo below speaks for itself. By "everyone else" I think he means "himself". I have my voice on in this demo to show that I'm not doing anything and he's just coming at me hard all game / generally being antagonistic about the past. Like I said, I made a mistake a few days ago singing for an extended period of time and "did my time", but they haven't let up since and just been making up BS to get the server to vote against me...

Got voteabused yesterday for having a convo with friends (Smiley/Raze) about houses / 401ks (that was where I got muted for, and I quote, "talking over them"), and today I hopped on to insta-ban votes and then another votemute. Like I said I can be the mature one here and check out other servers, but I tend to like skial and DeathRun is always a silly chill-out kinda server for me. I created an account purely because of how annoying these guys have been and not getting off my behind, hopefully there can be a resolution that allows me to continue to have fun on the DR servers. The funny thing is, you don't show what you're doing. You only show what happens afterwards. You continue to sing on the mic and repeat "Rule Broken TF2 Rule Bot Reporting" or something like that over and over again. I keep telling you to read the rules and understand them. Every single person on the server continues to tell you the same exact thing as I'm telling you. I really don't understand what's so difficult to understand about not breaking rules. I will start mute/gag votes against you every single time you mic spam. You can complain about it and claim you're innocent but every other person on the server will disagree. None of those votes were vote abuse and until you understand why you keep getting muted for spam, I believe you should go to the other Death Run server because there are two Skial servers for Death Run.

I just didn't feel like uploading all the demos, so here is the full timeline (HLstats correlation will back me up on this)

1) Join Server for around 930pm EST, start record immediately:
2) skial4.dem - http://www.sendspace.com/file/q2jl12 - I join, and this guy comes into the server a few minutes later (likely stalking me) and start being antagonistic, I get vote abused around minute 13 for doing nothing.
3) skial4_2.dem - http://www.sendspace.com/file/n16wec - No need to watch, but uploaded because it shows the map change = I was recording the entire time
4) tf2rulesbot.dem - http://www.sendspace.com/file/s3ib2v - Full record on the next map where this guy keeps being rude to me and the rest of the server with mic spamming about rules, etc. Shows two instances of votemenu abuse again.

Hopefully admins have time to watch the demos and can validate these with my server join times, because they are the full uncut demos. Slightly annoying that one gang leader with a loud mouth and obstinate attitude can turn a server against players. I swear it's like this guy and his gang of 14-16 year-olds attempting to commandeer a Skial server when admins aren't on. If anything the Skial admins need to at least be aware of what's going on in their servers.

I highly recommend an admin at least hop on past 10pm EST to see all the immature BS and how they attempt to power-trip / run people out of the server. I'm not the only one, they do this to a LOT of people and were votemute/voteban this younger kid who was trying to get his mic fixed about an hour ago. I'm sure most admins on here aren't DeathRun fanatics and prefer regular TF2, but that server really is a cluster-f when this guy and his friends get on and take over.

Again, the demos only show what happened AFTER you broke the rules. I keep telling you the same thing. Understand the rules BEFORE you join so that this kind of stupid crap won't happen. On top of that, if you seriously think you're the one being harrassed, GO TO A DIFFERENT DEATH RUN SERVER. There's plenty of servers out there and there's another Skial server for Death Run. It's not any of us that's the problem. It's the fact that every single time you join, you insult players and when you record demos, it only shows your part of the story. It doesn't show the entire thing. If you're going to complain about this so much, how about you not break any rules in the first place and keep quiet? Don't act like you're the victim because you're really not. Also, don't report someone for something they didn't do if you don't know the rules well yourself. I started a vote to mute you because you were singing on the mic and you called it vote abuse immediately.

If you're going to make a big deal out of something you started, don't bother coming back to the server. I've been a part of that server for a long time and I just recently started seeing you join. You obviously don't know the rules well enough to be on the server so don't bother joining. Go to the other Death Run server. There's two Death Run servers and if you haven't realized that by now, it seems to me as if you're going on to Death Run US just to get everyone pissed off. Which, by the way, works every time like a charm because of the crap that you say which ISN'T on the demos you recorded.
 
I was going to add this to the thread yesterday but I had to go to sleep since it was late and I had to get up early.

Anyways, this post should get marked "Invalid" and locked. Mainly because this whole thing is just ridiculous. The next time fivedollars breaks the rules, I'll send in a report along with a demo. Frankly, a lot of people and I think he should just get banned. Obviously he's not going to unless there's a report with proof so I'll do that the next time he's breaking rules.

I watched this video.

1. Doomer aka The Doctor is very rude towards FiveDollars. He calls him mean names and whenFiveDollars just tries to communicate with other players Doomer says either "shut up, no one wants to talk to you" or "did you read the rules yet?". Which is pretty annoying to keep hearing that.
2. Doomer is holding a grudge on something that happend in the past where a vote got approved for so basically you can't keep silencing someone over and over again when he already got muted for it and didn't do it again.
3. Spamming is "music, singing, ... for a longer time than 1 second". You can't mute someone for singing a second "lolololol".
4. You want him to read the rules while I remember the first time we met you didn't wanted to listen to me or read the rules. You wanted an admin to tell you if it was against the rules, not listening to a "10 year old boy that became moderator".

2. I can't hear what FiveDollars says but I can see the talking bubble pop up and it's too short to be spam. As Vlissy is saying on mic that FiveDollars didn't spam at all. He is defending FiveDollars saying that vote is not true/allowed. So Bodhi did vote-abuse.
3. Again, you keep telling him that he doesn't want to listen to you saying what is against the rules, which is so funny since I had to call in Drum to tell you what is against the rules because you didn't wanted to listen to me, even though I could have kicked you without "moderator abuse".

If you don't like to hear someone, use clientmute. But really sitting there trying to ban him or silence him while FiveDollars isn't breaking a rule but "well, he did it a few days ago"... What happend in the past you can't keep holding against him unless he is doing it again at the moment. Or it's racism. But you can't start a vote for something like he spammed 3 days ago, he got vote-silenced for it. And now you are going to vote-silence him again while he isn't spamming but "hey, he did it 3 days ago".
