Again, the demos do not show what have he did before. He was singing on the mic and then started the demo after he stopped. I did agree that Bodhi did vote abuse, I don't deny that. Kairi, as soon as I joined the server, you began to question me about what happened between $5 and everyone else. I do believe ANY UNNECESSARY NOISE over the mic is considered spam. If it wasn't, then I don't know what would be considered spam. It's not that I'm bringing up stuff. It's the fact that he does it. I wouldn't say anything towards him if he didn't bring anything up when he joined. The funny thing is, you say I can't hold anything he did in the past against him and #3 is doing exactly that. Every vote I started was for something he did WHILE he was on the server. You do realize that there are 32 other players on the server at the time and there's no way that I started all these votes, right?
 
Post your records or you don't have any evidence, just words. And it's not because he breaks rules you can abuse the vote-system. It's like freekilling on Jailbreak because you got freekilled aswell.

Yep, I responded with a "uhh that's pretty fucking gay / can you turn down the gay" over mic, after this guy was repeatedly chat-spamming something like "I want to suck cock after slitting a dick open" and was saying "omg I'm way too drunk and just want to blow someone" over mic. So if that's "a lot of trouble" then guilty as charged.

That's really the genesis of this whole issue which started (now many) days ago... since then my comment on mic was middle-school-dramafied into me "hating them", vote abusing, claiming I'm racist, spamming, turning the server against me, etc. The only reason I'm even wasting my time on this silly drama is because I've played on plenty of TF2 servers in my 6+ years on the game and this group of people were ganging up on more than just me... figured I was doing Skial a favor here letting them know about it.

Thanks again Kairi for taking a look. She went into the server today and saw the middle school drama cluster-f for herself.

Speaking of unnecessary noise, here's the full demo from today where Kairi & I were on. Hopefully this demonstrates how that one guy likes to pop in and ruin / try to run the server. Literally nothing was spoken to him and he just begins to start shit (~ 7+ min mark). Thanks all for spending far too much time looking into this, this will be my last post.

As soon as I joined, Kairi was the one who started talking to me. I don't know why she brought it up but this wasn't something I started. Kairi, I already explained that the demos that five posted do not show what he was doing before he started recording. And actually, if he's spamming on the mic and everyone asks him to stop and he doesn't, I believe using votemute is the right thing to do. Otherwise, what's the point of the section about spam in the rules?

I seriously would not mess with five if he simply did not start anything. The only reason the whole thing happened today was because you brought it up, Kairi. As soon as I joined you brought up what happened. Just mark this thread "invalid" and lock it already.

I had joined and vlissy was asking Five "why do you hate me so much". I had asked to drop it and asked them to leave it there. People agreed on me that it was time to stop draggin about it.

I tried to talk to you but you kept goig on about stuff i didnt care since it had nothing to do with what i asked you. I eard you out but when i tried to explain you kept interrupting me. So i put you in ingnore. People asked you to hear me out but you didnt want to listen.

So as far as this report goes, there was voteabuse going on. In one of the demos you can hear lissy say that there was no spam and seeing the talking bulb popping too short.

Spam is not when someone you dont like says something, therefore you use clientmute.

I'd say an admin takes a look to the demos and deides what happens but you arent innocent.
 
Kairi, you're the one that brought it up as soon as I joined. Plus on top of that, I already agreed that there was vote abuse. But again, it was not me. I already said it was Bodhi and I already told him to not do it anymore. Vissy can tell you the same thing. However, singing on the mic is still against the rules because it is unnecessary. That is what was happening before and happened several times after that. And again, the demos do not show what he was doing before. So there's really no point in looking at the demos to see what happened. If you hadn't brought it up when I joined, that whole shit storm wouldn't have happened in the first place. I won't bother five if he doesn't insult players and sing on the mic anymore. It's that simple.

Someone needs to lock this thread already. Besides, the only person that should get in trouble is Bodhi for vote abuse. Not 3 other players that didn't do anything. And I've never heard of "player abuse" so that point is moot.
 
Sorry fivedollars, i'm afraid this report is staying unhandled now because "old dated". They both did abuse the votesystem but there wont be actions because the report is "expired". Sorry mate
 
I like how you completely disregarded what I said about the vote abuse. I already told you who vote abused and Vissy can tell you the same thing. Keep in mind the fact that I've told you who it was multiple times.
