Is 'dodging' a silence allowed by using namechanges to communicate? I've seen people getting extended or even banned for doing so.
Mentioned in the report beneath here but maybe it got overlooked because it got tagged and I want to know if it's reportable or not.

As you see, he changed his name to NotPeng and casted a vote against Vanores: http://stats.skial.com/stats/hlstats.php?mode=chathistory&player=4258832&filter="STEAM_0:0:62798855"
This got approved so thats how the appeal was made and Zebra muted him for 3 days.

But dodging a silence through changing steamname.. Isn't that against the rules?

I believe the person on the report she listed got muted, but then changed his name to dodge, and no one checked the thread since it was already marked as resolved.

I don't see any reason to ban someone for something that happened two days ago. Besides it wasn't even that bad, the majority of it was just changing his name. If he was constantly trying to talk and kept changing his name than it might be a problem.

If only checked yesterday on that report.. Then there was more evidence in that link.. But it got overlooked..
