1) I believe you it's just I've never heard of someone being a mod in only one part of a forum..
2) I know I was falsely banned.
3) That was a comparison not an argument.
I only have 12 hours of playtime on your servers, I got like 213 hours of tf2 in total. And I never saw any vote on easy modes ban

Maybe the lag made a backlog of multiple clicks which the server received all at once.

1.) I pay for and administrate the BF3 server, bottiger was kind enough to create a subforum for me to get information out, have discussions, ect. It wouldn't be ideal if I didn't have some control over it, and there's no reason for me to moderate any other part of the forums. It's not uncommon to see moderators with access to only certain sections.
I think I should stop posting in these threads, I'm a bit too harsh sometimes.

I guess I have some explaining to do. I recently moved in with my stepmom who forces me to use a wireless connection, because of this your 24/7 dustbowl server is the only place I can play a fun match with acceptable latency. To me your server IS TF2. Since everybody wanted me to admit guilt I caved into the peer pressure and lied. There is no cheat program I'm just desperate to be unbanned. Please don't be mad at me.

Are you guys serious? He says he didn't cheat- you immidiatly assume he cheated and is lieing about it. He stays strong saying he didn't cheat. You say that "Three or four" people tested the problem without even looking at the fact if he's got a poor connection your "Three to four" tests could be under completely different circumstances- continue to insist he's cheating. He continues to insist he isn't. Moderator jokes that he's waiting for an admission of guilt. Capt Cole immidiatly responds with an obviously false admission of guilt- then better explains his situation. Your response Oaky is "So you're a liar too?". Well since he was banned for "cheating" and you immidiatly decide that he's a Liar for "admitting" his guilt, I guess he's unbanned now, since you just agreed he didn't cheat.
Even if that's not what you meant, I'd say the fact that he's still trying to get unbanned pretty much speaks for his story, any actual cheater would have just moved on to another set of servers by now. Hell, he might have handled the situation poorly (Caving to peer pressure, shame on you Capt.) but I pretty severly doubt you admins have any real reason to keep him banned after this mess.

The test was also conducted under high latency circumstances, but if it makes you feel any better I've asked the developer what kind of effect latency could have on the detection. Wouldn't hold your breath.
It wouldn't be the first time someone that's cheated has attempted to appeal a ban either, appealing alone isn't really what gets you unbanned.
He might get a second chance, who knows. Bottiger's the one that typically weighs in on such things, so I guess you'll have to wait for him.

The majority of our admins don't have status of it on the Forums. I'm pretty sure that only Bot, Roman, Brick, CD and I have it.

Wireless itself isn't a problem. The problem can come in a few forms; the most common simply being a poor network card in the laptop (My old laptop, for example, couldn't connect with my families wireless at all; I had to purchase an extra cord for when I wanted to use it online), a bad wireless router or simply just a poor connection across the board. Add in potential network instability, he could have had his connection periodically interrupted as say; someone else connected to the router- which obviously would cause a few problems. Don't assume that just because you havn't had problems with your Routers/Computers that the problems don't exist or are any less credible.
