Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

First off, this isn't about an in-game comms block.
Second off, this appeal is about a year late.
I think it'd be pretty cool if I was un-ratebanned. Not to say the rateban wasn't deserved, but it's been a year and I can guarantee you all, I won't be rating 3000 posts overnight again.​
