Hello there,
I live in a campus with a highly sophisticated protection, and it happens that only one vpn client (privatetunnel) can bypass it, but it has limited number of servers. there are only 2 proxy servers that i can use: one in england and other in swizerland. There is no other way i can play TF2 (not only on skial server). I enjoy very much this sevres becasue there are a lot of skillfull players and not noobies like 90% of other servers.​

Someone will need to delete all the IPs for bans associated with that IP. You'll probably still get a 10m proxy ban if you try to use it though, we don't allow public vpn services to connect to our TF2 servers.

There's some chance Bottiger would make an exception for that VPN, I've seen it once before. I think it's extremely unlikely though.

the biggest problem is that i didnt get a 10min .an, but a permanent one.

I'm happy to unban your steam id, but what good would it do you? You just told us you can only play from the VPN.

Need to remove the IPs from all the banned accounts with that IP. Proxy is supposed to ban for 10m, not ban permanently.
