Approved New Appeal Form: Scammer Appeal

In the appeals section we have one form. It is described as "Click here to appeal a ban or a communications block."

Well a scam is neither of those things. Likewise, when a scam appeal does take place, they are forced to provide a link to their ban or comm block. Both of which are not relevant or do not exist.

I am referring to the two recent cases

Suggestion:
Make a new form and call it "Appeal a Scammer Tag" or "Scammer Appeal".

What is in the form?
1. Link to your Steam Rep page. (with a link directing the person to www.steamrep.com)
2. Why should we removed the tag? (where they can explain)

No, people who appeal their bans do not have to link to the report. Besides, we really do not need them to dig through the forums looking for it.

I thought we only removed Skial issued scammer tags.. won't people get the wrong idea about us being able to remove all scammer tags?
 
Not really. If you really think it is going to matter then just add "Appeal a Skial Scammer Tag"

However most people appeal at stream rep. If it happens to be a skial tag they then point the guy in this direction.
