realy sorry but the link to the ban is not me it just a random link because i cant find my link and this is a scammer tag appeal
its been over a year and a half now with this tag on and ever since i stoped doing any trades but its realy hurting me now with friends keep talking bad about me and i am realy sorry i truely am and i know what i did was a realy realy bad thing but all i ask for is forgevnise from the commuinty overall and i still promise i wont do any more trades ever again i just dont want my bad history to effect my futer and friends thank you for your time


also im sorry if i did anything wrong with the post or on a diffrent forum​
 
So it looks like Xel intended to change the tag to caution and then forgot about it. Or did he change his mind because of a trade ban?
 
I wonder why valve removed the trade ban. Are those things generally temporary?

Some are temporary (i think they expire after a certain amount of time.) Others are permanent. Those could be removed if you convince steam support it was invalid.
 
I don't see any reason to give this guy a break then, unless he can show us the trade ban from valve was a mistake.
 
the trade ban was just 1 week , and how to show evdince that was a mistake it been 1 year or a year and a half already i think they already delted everything and if they didnt where can i get it?​
 
and there was no proven major stuff i ever did so i think atleast that 1 year its enough of a punish
 
he has recently sent me the money that i was wanting and can provide the ticket that was sent in when it happened. KillerZebra i have tried adding you but i get and error. If you could add me it would be greatly appreciated

He was banned for impersonating xel'naga, not for anything related to you.

I actually sent in a ticket because i thought he scammed me through paypal but he did not, I have the tickets that i sent, if he was banned for impersonating Naga then why should he have the tags?

He had the tag due to impersonating Naga but i did a paypal transaction with him while he had the tag. I was sent money but did not see it at first. I sent in a ticket and that got him trade banned. I saw he had actually sent the money. The trade ban was removed and Naga must have never removed the tag because he saw the accidental trade ban.

So I don't see why Loay should still have his scammer tag when he actually paid me. At that time i had thought i was scammed because he had the tag of scamming which was going to be changed to caution (I believe). I would understand why he would have a caution tag for impersonation but i don't see why he should still have the Scammer.
 
Seems odd that they would ban someone and delete their items without any proof that you weren't actually paid, unless they had multiple reports against them or admitted it in chat somewhere.

All the same, the choice is at xen'naga's discretion.

I almost forgot my friend had also sent in a ticket but they had never replied. This was sent before I had seen the money in my paypal - http://imgur.com/7LFp86x

Xel'Naga if you come to this forum please forgive my friend Loay as most of this was a huge misunderstanding, He is done with tf2 trading
