He also put that its not a fundraiser because he thinks they won't come after him. Too funny - I can't wait until monday if he's arrogant enough to leave this up.

It means that Child's Play volunteered to force him to court. Unlike his brain, which was involuntarily persuaded to abandon the area around him.

He isn't clearing it with them. He's just putting their name on it and "pledging." These charities do not allow it because its obviously easy to scam donations off the top, if not all of them.

I'm tempted to post "I'll be donating $1000 on the 27th :^)" but part of me wonders if he's actually stupid enough to play chicken with the Red Cross' legal team.
