Honestly I don't know what to think of this anymore. While an admin should be capable of using the ban commands and instinctively knowing what actions are and are not punishable and act accordingly, which I have no doubt Lady is capable of, they should also be able to stay level-headed and objective to any situation that is present regardless of the people involved and therein lies the issue. I think the root of this whole issue is that Lady brings too much of her personal life into skial. Don't get me wrong here, one of the reasons why skial's one of the best communities is because of the social connections, however it's one thing to discuss personal interests, goals, and real-life locations on a teamspeak but when you delve into the realm of e-relationships then things start getting too complicated for anyone to handle plus it doesn't make it better when the whole community has to get involved.

Thing is, CiNiC and Rhi where in the same thing kindoff, but they kept it privat to fight out, Viper decided to go public and HIMYM helped to push it up. I left TS and TF2 when Viper was around just to prevent issues. CiNiC was helping me to get over the issue because we thought Viper had no pictures and I shouldn't be scared it would get public. Boy was I wrong.

Unless this is another Lady Pimpernel, you went public as soon as you posted that topic. It doesn't matter if you wrote the first post about it or not, you decided to go public as quickly as you began to write about it in the public.

Anyhow, I made my point. I personally see this admin app going nowhere. I rest my case and will be waiting for Skial administration's decision.
Viper mentioned you two had a relationship and HIMYM responded to him about it. He didn't continue or carry it on until whatever the hell happened in TS. You made a thread and said you were leaving. You said you were being ganged up on when only 2 people were talking while everyone else listed and you refused to use your mic or state your case. This is what I can gather from everything.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but there are too many issues with you. From what I have personally seen, you take autism very seriously, you let Skial dominate your life (very negatively) and you seem to make very bad decisions.
I mean you can look past the first and second point a little, but the third point is very serious. One bad decision can cause very bad results, so because of this, -1.

i really don't want to participate much in this drama but from what i see is that you went public with this, also as i can see is that there wouldn't be so much drama if this had been kept quiet, honestly i don't think you should be Admin anymore as of all the drama from what i can tell you're causing it so -1 from me

Asking to stop can sometimes work but you're still going to run across a lot of people who will continue to use autism in a degrading manner and even trolls that will attempt to troll you with it, trolls and people who will likely not stop when asked too. Especially if you're an admin. Some people love to mess with admins especially.
In my opinion you're much better off learning to not let it upset you than you are trying to get people stop using it in ways that upset you. I learned to deal with people trying to troll me over the furry thing a long time ago, something which people could use to easily make me mad.
Since I've learned to deal with it years ago I only get trolled every once in a long while, and when I do I always learn from my mistake. I even play on Valve maps LA, home to Augar and his troll friends. Not even they got a bite out of me yet and they're tossing a lot of shit my way every time I play there. I even find some of it to be humorous (the ways they try to troll me that is)
Best way you can deal with this type of stuff in my opinion is to 'grow a thicker skin' and make good use of your ignore, and most importantly don't take the insulting / hating / trolling seriously because its the internet - people will use anything and everything against you because they can be a anonymous asshole.
