Yes it is, This is jail break and it is a huge game breaking bug.

Wouldn't that just, well, not allow you back into the game, because it's arena mode?

No, in jail break if you switch to blue during humilation, and then when you spawn on blu during the pre round, if you use your rechargable items (cleaver,milk,sandman ball) and then get switched to red you can use them. When you wouldn't be able to if you didn't switch to blu.

the point is you got the wrong guy >.>. The heavy can't use bonk and he only plays heavy ever, and I saw him that round where he "used the glitch" and he was heavy.

Forgive me if I don't understand because I'm a noob, but, why the hell would you need your rechargeables in the pre-round?
 
The only way I can see this being an advantage is if it allows a scout to use bonk while on red and that's assuming it is blocked by default.

It's blocked by default;
People use it when the round starts to run to the Tardis or ammo boxes at the start of the game.
 
It's a game breaking exploit because it allows you to get rechargables like the cleaver when you're on Red; Red team is supposed to be melee only.
