So your using a proxy, that can be fixed by simply using a different proxy. Or just using your normal IP.
 
but i've no longer used this program for some time now. and right now i'm using my normal ip, and still get blocked

Then if thats not your IP then your block should be under a different IP, go to HLstats ans look up your IP in the Ban list and see if it pops up.
 
He got linked to that IP and now his steam account is banned so changing IPs wont help unless we decide to lift the ban.

Can you lift the ban on a single account? if not you should be able to undo it on his real IP.

stop using public VPN's. we do not allow them. Use them whenever you want except on our servers. if you do the ban will be re-added.
 
thank you very much. i wasn't meant to be using as i logged to tf2, i forgot to turn it off after browsing youtube, but i'll be sure i never do it again.
