I have a level 22 mage, and i am about 50% done with main quest line. So far the game is just a great as i thought it would be. I am excited to make another type of character and give it a shot. The one complaint i do have is that they took out the whole "item durability" thing. I miss having to use a crappy weapon or armor because i wasnt paying attention. Also, i can say i am impressed with the lack of bugs and crashes with the initial release. I have come across a couple minor things, but really nothing major at all.

The one thing i would say though is, dragons could be a waaaaaay lot harder then they are.

I did a dual wield power attack and clipped through a wall completely once. ._.
And of course you think they could be harder, you're a damn mage. Try hardcore sneak class, you'll be raped like a prom queen by so much as 3 hired thugs.

I've been absolutely slamming skill points onto One Handed. Because I was going for dual wielding, and I was sneak, and you get 15x damage if you sneak attack with daggers, I was trying to take on dragons with 2 daggers at level 10.
Yes, really.
Finally swapped one out for a sword. I still haven't even TOUCHED magic, since I am so intent on getting 70 sneak so I can run while I sneak and not get caught. I never use healing spells or illusion, so thaaaat might be a small problem.

I should be working on all that, and I've put a decent sum of time into the game already (grinding sneak etc), but I just decided to get into the Dark Brotherhood so I can hopefully get a dagger that isn't complete shit, so I can get stuff to help me sneak, and so I can get Shadowmere.

And did anyone do that Daedric drinking contest quest in Whiterun bar? He said, "I bet I can outdrink you, cat." I scoffed IRL, took shots every time my character did. Woke up in a church ACROSS THE DAMN MAP in a town I'd NEVER been in before, and the bitch told me to clean it up. I did, and then she said I didn't finish, so I lockpicked into the inner sanctum, snuck around crazy priest chicks, stole a golden Statue of Dibella (just for the hell of it), and hid behind a door as the priestesses walked past me. Sneak roll into the side corridor, walk out without being caught, fuck bitches.

Blade of Woe, fuck yeah, drain 10 health per hit. :D

Might be able to put the difficulty back to normal with that weap. Fingers crossed.

I'd also recommend the Thieve's Guild to get the Nightingale blade which does 10 points of sap health and stamina dual wielding the two of those is pretty sweet.

Bows mix well with sneaking.
Also becoming a werewolf as a sneak class could be your "fuck your shit" button.
You can easily grind your way to 90 smithing to make Daedric Daggers by making iron daggers, though it will cost around 12k in gold.

Leveled my smithing way up, it's around 70ish now. Sneaking is around 70 as well, I think. One handed MIGHT be 80, or 70, can't remember. Wanna craft these dragon scales into the armor. Also took up archery, a little bit.
Just got Shadowmere on DB. SO HAPPEH. Still haven't even visited the Greybeards.

Just finished Dark Brotherhood, smithing is at level 97 right now (need maor iron ingots), and I hit level 30. I might go visit the Greybeards now, just to see what kind of shouts I can get.
