Well I don't beg for +rep if they want to come to the forms and rep me that's great but what I know is when I step into that 2 fort server I am welcomed by a lot of server regs and people I have met in other servers. That's what lets me know that I have become a person people love to play 2fort with and I don't want them to feel like I am using them for rep to become an admin of a server.

Look Devin, I've played with you for how long, two, three months? You are a good guy on the servers, I really mean that. You help others when they ask for it, you inform people when they are breaking a rule, and are quick to a report someone causing harm on the server. I applaud you for that, most of the other regs don't seem to care, or just don't feel like telling the perpetrator over voice, or even in text.
That being said, I really don't think you can be an admin yet man. As said before, you are a representation of Skial. If you ban someone, then they come onto the forums to contest it, you don't have the liberty of speaking directly over voice with them, you'll need to type. And please don't be insulted, but you have some problems with grammar and spelling, as well as getting the ban question wrong more than a few times.
One day, you'll be able to fix all of those issues, I truly believe that. You are an excellent guy, but sadly, having a positive attitude won't always be adequate. You need to be more direct and correct with your messages, and if you are serious about becoming an admin, take the time and learn some of the commands.
Good luck in the future Devin, but this application won't be approved, I'm sorry. Keep onto your personality and fix the problems stated, you'll be much better off that way.

I am not going to decline this since we really only decline people who are known trouble makes / idiots / hackers / ect.
However i am going to mark this as improve. Judging by the responses, you don't have any support. I suggest you get more time in servers and the forums. Continue to be helpful and continue with the positive attitude.
You can re-apply in the future. I would suggest giving it time however, and not just re-apply within a month.
