I think him and me are the cheapest on the forums with 0.85$ per ref.
"Are You A Wizard" sells for 0.95$ each.
Maybe you are right though and he buys them on another site which we don't know but then 0.05$ profit per ref isn't much. That would be 2.3$ for 46 ref..
