Usually people put a reason when they -1 someone.

and like 15 hours on tf2 in the last two weeks

• You don't need to resign if you are going to be offline for about a week, unless you are doing this every month.
• As an admin, your only responsibility are the reports. There are no requirements for time spent in the game, and I am sure you can manage to jump on the forum a few times a week if you are busy.
• If you are a mapper, just a forum mod, or fulfill some other role specified, you will not be expected to be as active or to handle reports.
