It's a start. You can do all kinds of gimmicks and try many things, but it's not about dieting. It's about changing your lifestyle. Dieting sets you up for failure as you will eventually gain the weight back once you go off the diet. If you are actually serious, tell your parents you would like to see a nutrionist. It's their job to help yiu make the correct choices. Healthy does not mean starving.... I eat 6 times a day. Good luck kid.

Circuit training is a good way to start excersizing. I do it 4 times a week and change my program every 4 weeks to keep the muscle memory fresh.
 
maybe if you stop being on DEEE INTURNET all the time you'd have lost quadrillion times the weight.
 
I heard working out in shorts and tanktops is more efficent and effective then with suits.
