Approved VSH -disable crits on hale

So basicly, hale get's random crits....Witch is kinda annoying and not the purpose, i know it hasn't always been like this but idk when it changed.

People are complaining about it regulary, and i have no idea if it's also on the US server.

exacely what ruelel said, also...Demo's who get some heads get speed+health boosted= 2 hits to kill

ye if there is any way for it to have only crits on the non-hale team...but then another problem: the team hale is in changes

He doesn't 1 shot pyros with overheal he doesn't 1 shot demos with overheal (I think) doesn't 1 shot soldiers with overheal but with critz well everyone gets 1 shotted.

Hale with crits sounds rather annoying if he can one-shot the classes that under normal circumstances can't be one-shot. Of course, this doesn't fall under normal Hale problems where the mod creator himself/herself has to update the mod, but Bottiger can fix it by disabling the crits.

This problem was solved but seems to be back now.
