well when you mean attempted to scam i agreed with my friend which was scamming to apparently connvince them :/ and also im desperate to clear my ban cause i use outpost alot :(
so then why would you put all your stuff on another account? You'll still get infracted for evading

i dont know the rules and didnt know, would revert back if they removed the scammer but ive learned over the past days that you just cant win with skial so ill go be a "scammer" -_-
It's not winning with Skial. It's the same policy as every other community.

It has nothing to do with winning in skial. TF2 has a lot of trading now, any community would of tagged you guys after the stunts you pulled.
1. Attempting to scam people by claiming you could dupe items. In your case, you helped your friend do it by claiming it was real and he duped your unusuals. You are now a part of the scam by doing this.
2. You guys lied from the beginning. "ohh this was a math project i was doing"
3. You made yourself look even more guilty by making a side account, giving him all your items and lying to us again saying it was your brother.
Each time when we caught you guys in your lies you replied "OMG SKIAL SUCKS YOU BUNCH OF FAGGOTS"
In all honestly, if you just came and admitted that you attempted to scam and apologized, you would be in a better position then you are in now. I would of considered giving you a caution tag instead of a scammer tag if you went with that approach.
Now, your chances are ruined. You made a side account, lied about it being you multiple times. Which makes you look more like a scammer. I wouldn't feel comfortable to even consider taking the tag off now.
You dug your own grave, you made your choices and each one of them was wrong and made it worse for you.
