Trying so hard to convince myself to go do exercise and eat healthy, but somehow when it comes to it, I just say fuck everything and start snacking again and not go exercise
Any tips?
do crack cocaine or meth i heard those make u lose weight in a healthy way

I used to weigh 110 lbs now I weigh 115
 
Also, to anyone who thinks about starting to smoke weed, that's the main reason I gained 85% of my extra weight. After I started dating my amazing girlfriend, I'd get really sad when she'd leave after visiting me (she lives across the country) and I'd smoke, and the munchies, man. The munchies.
A sandwich + 2 sodas and other snacks, PER NIGHT.

Yeah, my friend whom I used to buy it from was pretty lucky, whenever he smoked he felt like working out, all I feel like doing when I smoke is watch TV/trippy shit on the internet and eat
 
don't eat anything that contains "High fructose corn syrup"
heres why: hfcs is basically sugar, but it is alot cheaper to process and to make than regular sugar.


long story short, when you eat sugar, your body converts that into engery, thats why when people eat sugar, they become more hyper.
when you eat hfcs, instead of using that energy, your body directly converts it into fat.
