Make one idle-team and one team active players on idle server

if you join blue for example, you can't use any weapons and the only reason to go blue is to idle.
if you want to play, you go red, and then you can use all weapons.
This would only work if the idle team also can't use /gimme. I don't know if this is possible at all.

Perhaps an auto-switcher so anyone on RED who's been idle for a good amount of time gets moved to BLU.

Yes I have. Only thing that did was surf and talk to the non-idlers

So you never saw each side spawn god-teir weapons and perma spawn camp each other until the other side zerg rush them, breaking said camp, and camping in turn?
How about engies placing teles that allow you to spawn inside the others spawn?
How about snipers that snipe only while surfing?

Let's not forget those dickbag engies that tele idlers off the belt and into the skybox.
Or how about those dickbags that use RTD dispensers to block the idlers from getting into the tunnel?

I could go on and on. This suggestion would fix all of that.

why? because then, you can kill active players, make totems, and if one guy has a sentry, cant kill idlers.

if you want to whore achievements, you join the active players. then you can kill the idlers whitout getting killed yourself

I meant other people. They think they can get some hard to pull off sapping achievement, someone comes in and wrecks everything, and they complain for hours. They will come here and complain forever.
