Need Supporters Change the "Glow" effect to something less laggy.

Glow (Donator Perk) makes people lag. Could we change it to something a bit less laggy? Suggest stuff, because im out of ideas.

Found a way to make TF2 play at 60 FPS on an eMachines without destroying graphics.
/glow makes me drop to 1-5 FPS anywhere near it.

It was declined because the robot plugin is buggy and causes crashes
