So I got banned twice for playing music. I tried telling people about people client mute, but they dont read.

About the voteban. There should not be a voteban. There isn't any good reason why we have it. I'm fine with this votemute. But I don't think I should be banned for playing music. :P

It's just my opinion, but if people want to listen to music they can just start up their own music player, no need for micspamming...

they have a right to ban you for breaking server rules. You are not allowed to spam. any kind, chat, mic, trade, duels. whatever.

Keep doing it and you ban will be longer then 30 mins

music is allowed to be played on hale
 
On Idle and Saxton I leave it up to the players. Most of them enjoy micspam, as long as it isn't shitty quality. If enough people want the person muted, though, I do mute them myself. Most people don't have a mic/use it, anyways.
