Don't do dumbbells until you can't feel your arms, just do repetition sets
I'm not sure whether to recommend this or not, but you know those annoying weightlifter forums like /fit/ and all that crap? Some of them are actually not half bad, most of the people know what they're talking about.
Also, cutting soda is awesome, but you need to cut fat and sugars, and if possible cut down as many carbohydrates as possible

Yea toxik is right also try to lower your calories when you burn all your calories that's when your body starts going to the fat in your body that and starts burning it up

Being of similar weight to terdy, I found that by changing the small things that I do everyday, I managed to lose several pounds over the course of a couple of months. For example, being a college student, I have to walk everywhere just to get to my classes, so instead of cutting through buildings and grassy areas, i just take a stroll on the sidewalks. Think of the small things you do everyday and take "the long route."
Or you can do what my younger brother does and just play TF2 and sleep. Seriously, he never eats anything, and when he does, he eats it halfway through. He lost 1/5 of his weight that way. Granted, it's not the healthiest way to lose weight, but he says that he "only eats what he thinks he's going to use for the day."
Just remember, it's not what you eat, it's how much you eat. You can eat Mickey D's all day and still lose weight, as long as you burn through the calories.

This
Also, I agree, with Diablo 3 (back when I used to play it) and now Borderlands 2, I won't even finish my sodas because I pay too much attention to the game

Also: avoid orange soda (Fanta, etc). Avoid it. It is light and it doesn't fill you up and makes you want to drink more of it. Trust me. I've drinken Fanta and generic brand orange soda and they're all the same. I went through a whole case of orange soda so fast when I bought one once. Not doing that again. It tastes really good but it doesn't make you feel full like a cola does.

As toxic noted, cutting out Soda, complex carbs (chips, bread, etc), sugars and high fat is the BEST. But you don't need to cut out ice cream, just get the low calorie one, or (after a work out) splurge and get a small one.

Also, another killer, is juice. You'd be shocked how many calories, grams of sugar and nasty stuff is in the "low calorie" juices. Orange juice, alone, set me back two weeks. Water with Crystal light mixed in and/or those vitamin water zeros are a awesome replacement.

And working out on this thing:

at the gym, you'll lose 200 calories + for a 25 min work out and you won't break a sweat like you were running. It's super easy cardio.

One of the nicest diets is Atkins... Foods with no carbs/ low carbs you can eat as much as you want... (all he bacon eggs and vegetables you could ever want)

Of course, now that there's going to be a bacon shortage... WE'RE ALL DOOMED

Best of luck in your endeavor, and props to you for seeking motivation! To get it off and KEEP it off will require a rethinking of your entire lifestyle and a strong will to keep it going. Don't let people get you down, it's YOUR goal, not theirs. Best of luck and keep go'n!

Haven't read thru the 8 pages, so I have no idea if this was suggested already but, I heard that if you eat 4-5 smaller meals (not much bigger than a snack) vs the 3 large meals it helps you balance out your metabolism. Some people have a slower metabolism, so if you eat large meals, your body cannot process it and it gets stored as fat. By eating more frequently and lighter (add some fruits in for snacks), you will actually end up losing weight. Also keep in mind that it takes most people's bodies almost 30 minutes before you feel full. So rather than eating till ur engorged, eat a smaller portion, then after the 30 mins or so goes by, you will feel satisfied.

Edit: Also, make sure that your smaller meals each have at least one non cooked , natural item (Such as raw fruit or raw vegetables, or even raw nuts).

I used to weight like 75 kilograms, now I'm almost at 120

Trying so hard to convince myself to go do exercise and eat healthy, but somehow when it comes to it, I just say fuck everything and start snacking again and not go exercise
Any tips?
