I like how they use one of the ASRock boxes as an example. Also, I think this is probably where they'll be innovating quickly on the UI and not so much the existing interface. It gives them a chance to start with a new base.

However just so everyone knows, if you choose the controller over mouse and keyboard you will most likely get rolled. Mouse and keyboard is so much more accurate. its while it has never done before. i believe it is also why no one ever combined pc gaming and console gaming.
i believe microsoft did a study to where console gamers vsed pc gamers and the console gamers got wrecked. PCs are more precise and can handle more. and in the end it showed.

I think it depends on the game. Take Need for Speed for example. I guarantee I could out race a keyboard+mouse combo with a controller. Analog input is ideal for driving games. Just sayin...
That's because even the mediocre PC gamers of the PC Gaming Master Race are better than the best console peasants. One of my friends always says "How can you play an FPS with twiddle sticks? [xbox 360 controller]"
To be true to racing games requires the whole steering wheel and pedals.
All this effort in this is making it more apparent that Microsoft WebTV was about 20 years ahead of its time.
So how is this going to work exactly? Would you need to download it from the markets on the consoles, because if so, as soon as it comes out, I'll buy the channel for my Wii.
Not comparing, lol. I just said I'd buy it/download it for the Wii if it was made a channel.
So I just tried this out and it totally is just crashing on me and not loading anything. Just an example:
