BTW, Bott... Does Xenforo have any word filters that can be applied to titles only?
 
Word filters are annoying, it should be relatively easy for the admin that takes on the report to change or request the title be changed. It's probably easiest to just delete it, but n or [n] or something similar would work.
 
Old 2fort Egypt server I played on had it so whenever you tried to curse or whatever, it'd go, "I kiss my mother with this mouth!" in chat.

Or make reports not appear on "recent threads" only ones in here are admins and people gathering evidence anyway then everyone that comes here won't see it
