I've received some positive feedback from a few of my other threads and I've also heard a few others are interested in contributing as well. So here it is! Show me your tasty food treats whatever you are having for dinner.
Those look very enticing. You cook with great finesse.

A thousand to the thousandth power better than me, anyway.

Is this thread just about pastries?

Cause if not, I'm gonna make a fucking godlike sandwich and post it next time I go to the grocery store.

2nd time I made sunflower seeds; first time I didn't forget to take pictures

Tonight I made sunflower seeds from one of our sunflower plants.

First I deseeded the flower.

Next I washed them in a calendar, and brought a solution of 5 cups of water mixed with 1/3 cup of salt to boil, and put 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds in and turned it down to simmer. After letting it soak up the flavor in that for 1 hour, I dried them for a few minutes on paper towels and put them on a pan and put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Then I took them out of the oven and they tasted FUCKING AWESOME (for a sunflower seed).
