Question!

Anyone know what to do with some left over cut up potatoes? I wanna make something good with them, but I don't even know where to start.
And how would you guys recommend making dishes with spinach?

Just pan fry them with a bit of butter (or oil, but butter makes anything better) and a bit of sliced garlic!

Oh do i have a recipe for you, this is delicious with grilled steak as well but here goes!
make a aluminum pouch (http://woodtrails.blogspot.ca/2012/01/foil-pouch-campfire-cooking-original.html) <- like that.
Inside of it cut up some white and green onions some mushrooms add some seasoned (steak spice works too, chillip peppers for heat as well) salt and cut up some turkey bacon into slices.
add a splash of olive oil and shake to cover everything, probably a good idea to shake up in a ziplock bag or something before entering the aluminum pouch).
Put the whole mix in said pouch in the grill, grill for 10mins each side at about 300 to 350F (x2 each side, so about 35 to 40 mins total) and serve.
If done right you'll get some delicious crispy(outside) soft (inside ) taters full of flavor.

learn from my mistakes : spray the aluminum with pam so potatoes dont stick to aluminum foil, shiny side in, don't pack it up, if you have too much potatoes make two pouches annnd enjoy responsibly.

The pouch works amazing for fish too! With basically the exact same ingredients but replace the turkey with rockfish (or whatever fish you like) and it'll cook in its own juices and be perfect :sweetjesus:

Put them in a pan on medium heat, add a couple of lobs of butter, add some fresh parsley, mix = profit
