If there is someone who knows the game well enough to be an admin, it has got to be SPYderman.
 
I don't play on that server so I don't personally know him well enough to comment positive or negatively, but I must say - all you people saying "good spy" are kind of not providing useful feedback as to why he should be an admin. The people who commented on his matureness and levelheadedness have it correctly...just my two cents.

Shows that someone can get under his skin with something seriously trivial and that he does need to get over himself a bit. We get it, you're mature. In all, doesn't give me a good vibe.

Someone getting under my skin over something like a meme won't weigh in on my decision of kicking or banning someone in a game. Its just a pet peeve of mine nothing more. If I am going to ban or kick someone it would be for a good reason.
 
Someone posting pure stupidity and being chastised for it shouldn't be altering your opinion of the man.

I think trading is an absolutely huge part of tf2 and your opinion on it will obviously affect the way you admin. Like it's your opinion that trading is "full of corrupt scammers", my opinion is that if you think that you're not going to be a superb admin when it comes to anything related to trading.
