The Official Skial Cooking/Baking/Eating Food Thread

My bf tried cooking for me once :l he made soggy pizza from a box.
I'm still not sure how he made it soggy...I think he might have spilt water on it and didn't tell me haha

lol thats kinda like when some girls are impressed when their bfs make boxed mac and cheese with hot dogs. The point is he tried : p

I had an ex who made me a "blueberry cobbler." It was 1/2c blueberries and 6 lbs of bread. She did a lot of substitutions and it wound up being orange.
 
My past couple bfs have been good cooks, of which I'm super grateful~
My most recent ex made me homemade chocolate, pity it couldn't work between us, that shiz was delicious xD
 
Oh, forgot to mention.

I made my old roommate eat the cobbler because I felt bad because it was terrible, and he'll eat anything. He missed a few days of work with food poisoning. Whenever she brought food that she made for me to work, I'd make my employees eat it if they weren't doing what they were supposed to. Definitely watched one puke into a trash can.

Wait, how can you possibly get food poisoning from a cobbler. Even a bad cobbler! Like the worst thing you can put in there is bad milk...

I need this recipe.

Unfortunately, we don't talk anymore because she got mad when I asked her about her current boyfriend and why he doesn't like to have sex. :p

On a related note, I've dated enough Asians to know how to make tocino, lumpia, and empanadas from scratch.
 
Actually, most of those dishes are Spanish and Chinese in origin.

Edit: And the Korean I dated didn't even play StarCraft.

I often wonder, not to get terribly sidetracked here, but do white people have hierarchies too? I'm a halfy and I still don't know the answer to this...

Also, I made some cornbread this morning. I tried to make it several years back with coarse ground whole grain corn meal and didn't like the texture. This time I used the fine stuff and buttermilk. Buttermilk, by the way, smells pretty darn gross.
