YAY! I did something new!
Veggie pizza time! So yeah they might not look that appetizing but damn are they good if I do say so myself. ( bf's family loves em too)
I made this for dinner last night with some pate and crackers ( first day with just the young adults at home and we ate like Kings : P fams still camping )
Kay so its very easy and if you like dill its right up your alley.
you need a crescent roll dough (I made two so we used two), sour cream ( I used fat free), fresh dill , cucumbers and grated cheese. you can also add cherry tomatoes if thats your thing, personally none of us really care for them.
take your crescent roll dough and make sure not to break it into the individual pieces and lay them on a baking sheet. Bake for the recommended amount of time at 375. you will get somethnig that looks like this
then while its baking you prep your simple ingredients. take about 2-3 heaping dollops of sour cream and as many sprigs of dill as you want (make sure not to use the main stems they don't taste as good) mix together and then cut your desired veggies and grate the cheese. : )
Then when the crust has cooled for a few minutes (can still be warm, tastes better that way) add your sour cream mixture and then top it with the cheese.
I layed the cucumbers down to show where I'd be cutting the individual segments so everyone gets one in their bite. : D It may be an h'orderve of types but its pretty filling!
Its not the prettiest of things but its definitely easy, refreshing and great for parties : D
I hope you guys enjoy~
