Approved Classify name-changing and dsay after a votemute as dodging

It's not that the name change nullifies the votemute, but everyone is notified of the name change when it occurs, so some people use that as a way to send messages and bypass votemute.
it alread is classified as dodging.
Even if you change your name you will still get silenced. Even if you leave the game you will still get silenced. So you cannot dodge that way.
However dsay is dodging the silence and we will ban for that
Really? When I read the rules it only listed disconnecting and reconnecting as a dodging example.

Yes you are right .its an example. An example is one of a number of things that can be considered dodging. We obviously are not going to list all the examples.
The server will actually kick you if you change your name enough times. Not sure what the threshold is though.
