Your vote is irrelevant in this case because you don't know him, you just base your judgement on the information posted here. People who decide in the question can read the same application just like you did so they want additional information from the people who post here, not opinions.

Applications are made public so that all members are able to interact with the applicant. You may as well hang your attempted one upsmanship on the shelf.

You are wrong. It's made public because there is no option in the forum to filter people who could actually add something relevant to the application for the moderator team to consider or just here to play kingmaker.

+1 from me, being a regular on the hightower server I can easily say he's level headed and well behaved.
Easily top 5 if I were to hand pick myself.
 
+1 for playtime, and I played with him earlier today. He seems level-headed and mature and is aware of happenings in the server.
