Could something be added, to stop people doing multiple and extended periods of trading if not on a designated trade server, this I would think comes under team harming.
I have seen people who spend the entire round typing !bp(player) and spamming chat with trade offers/requests.
I might just be too touchy about this, it seems to be a pet hate of mine.

THIS.
I usually start a votemenu mute on anyone after five or so trade spams a round. (Of course, after a warning)
Seeing "Selling stranges and a bills." every life during a match really pisses me (and many others) off, and prevents me from being able to focus.

i'm glad this rule got a bit more defined, but it's going to beg the question what exactly "intellectual manner" is signified as. (can't wait for that shitstorm debacle)

Talking about it in regards to history, for instance, would be allowed, but calling somebody or a group of people something would not be.
 
Someone discussing holocaust denial for example, is quite different to blatant discrimination and hatred, I just feel it's sad that this has to be put down in black and white. (no pun intended)

Sadly some people are just so ignorant that they don't understand their own hatred and oppressive attitudes... You'd think in 2012 that the species as a whole would be more enlightened, wouldn't you?

Unfortunately your right, I don't think this short-sightedness is going away for a long time to come. It seems the more we understand ourselves as a united species, the more that view is challenged by radical bafoonery.
 
I can seriously get behind these rules now. My thanks to the persons responsible for any or all of them.
 
Also can we have something along the lines of
  • If two or more admins agree that something not mentioned here is worth a ban, you will get one.
  • If you're a smartass about the rules you claim not to have broken, your ban will be extended

I'm compelled to make an example of "Dodging" including using the ability to change your name to continue typing after being gagged, but putting that in there seems to superfluous.

that first rule can be full of biased admins. Something we are trying to avoid. If anything requires more then one admin, we will all talk about it t avoid being biased.

The second one, people are allowed to protest bans. That why its there.

mute/gag is done by steam id. Changing your name wouldn't do anything. As far as im aware
 
There are sprays that are not illegal and yet they are plain disgusting (nobody cares about a stupid boob or a penis, but I have seen some nasty sprays portraying bodily functions on a sexual context being spammed everywhere in 2Fort).

Exactly. People have argued about this before. We have a clear rule on sprays and if it's not illegal I won't take it down. If you can't stand "interactions not rated by the ESRB" then disable sprays. They add flavor to the game, they're not exactly useful.
