Hands down, even better than a €120+ Middleton Very rare (which is the top one I've tasted yet).

I pretty much only drink water. Occasionally juice my favorite being:

My favorite drink drink at the moment is a Tom Collins. I stopped drinking whiskey a while back due to the mega hangovers and I've really grown fond of gin since then.

At the risk of outing myself, I'm always game for a cool strong glass of Long Island ice tea

Irish is nice, but if you ever get the chance try glen ord (single malt scotch) it's not an expensive whiskey, but it has won awards for 'best single malt' its smooth and has a unique and very slight salty taste, as do whiskeys from west scotland isles.

As I usually drink Irish whiskey calling a scotch "smooth" sounds weird : ) I'm no expert (far from it), but I think Scottish whisky generally aren't triple distilled as the Irish counterparts usually, so they have stronger, more characteristic taste to which I (being a crybaby) find hard to get used to. : ) Irish whiskey is more like a girl's drink : )
