Ban Request: Wujas

  • If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
 
I'm going to ban him for two days for votespamming.
Edit: To clear any doubt, look at the last three photos, then look at the time at the bottom right corner of each photo. Barely 4-6 minutes between votes.
Edit 2: Increasing it to 5 days because he obviously did not learn the first time.

so it's going to be all slaps on the wrist? i understand if you want to keep permanent bans as a solution to more exclusive severe problems. but if this guy comes back after a week and keeps doing that shit (whilst acting like an obnoxious dickhole, which someone else separately made a thread about) i wouldn't want to exclude that option.

anyway, thanks for the second ban; just another issue this server doesn't have to deal with (for another 5 days).

If he comes back pulls stuff like that again, I'm going to double the amount of days each time he gets banned.
 
Make an Admin app, ive already seen 10 this week.
And Put in BOLD TEXT, and tell us How a Permanent ban is your answer to everything.

make it a month next time in my opinion. if he is still going to be a douche and keep getting reported then ur allowed to. he knows why he is being banned since he has been blocked 5 times, so he knows hes banned.

One of three things will happen at this point. Either he'll stop coming to the server, come back and be annoying again, or make multiple accounts to be annoying.

the problem with Wujas has been resolved (for now), your stance is still wrong however. not that it really matters, hopefully in the future it becomes more apparent how lackluster and broke this "every single twelve year old is judge jury and executioner"-design is.

besides, it's a fact this system is better equipped for griefing to begin with, last time there was a hacker on the server i had to go out of my way to contact an admin manually because kids were having too much fun playing voteban roulette.

yes there are sometimes when kids try to abuse the vote system for no reason, but anything is better than nothing. would you rather have an oppertuinty to ban a hacker or have him there on the server while you wait for the problem to resolve itself?
and as shown, if someone abuses it, they will be temp banned by an admin, which could lead to further consequenses if it is constant.

i would rather have actual admin presence. the opportunity to ban someone requires 96% and 18+ people, that's very hard to get that, i recall from an earlier thread that only two or three people have to vote no for the vote to fail? i for one would rather have no votemenu, it has way too many cons in my eyes; and those are persistent problems cons that occur every map, i dare say every round.
