Admin/Moderator/Time Slave Application

i say get some people on turbine to vouche for you. as i personally do not know how you play in game, i would like to hear from them

I play on turbine. Hi Giildy!

I'm just curious if turbine NEEDS more admins...? If "extreme willingness" is a qualification... then I know a BUNCH of turbiners who'd want to admin too!

Not me! lol- But, Box, Xem, and Oli have expressed interest... to name a few!
 
my question is why 2 admins for turbine we haz giggelz supposedly ( :p )but if gigglez needs help i suppose a +1 iono though

I think it would be more about the times that I'm on more than anything. It's 2:45 am right now and giggelz is busy in some way. :) Going over to the skial admin page only one is in a game right now... and since I'm not friends with every admin ever I can't tell you how many of them are actually online or just busy/away.

::shrug:: either way, If I'm required, my services exist. If more admins are not required no one would get bumped to admin.

You should have them chat up current admins and get them to apply. :P

Well, that's entirely up to them- Frankly, I don't see any need for more admins (no offense... I don't think we need ANYONE else) because as things stand, we've never really had a time where there was someone hacking/cheating/whatever and we weren't able to go grab an admin... either message one thru steam, or jump on mumble, or whatever. Between you, me, and the rest of the turbiners, we already have access to the appropriate channels, to get the appropriate people there in due haste. Usually several will flock to the scene and right and wrongs (they seem to enjoy it too! LOL)

I'm not suggesting she would. She certainly hasn't abused her powers over at sconno's server. I'm just wondering about the NEED for it... I mean, hell... why not make all the trusty regulars admins? what's the point?

whatevs tho. nuff said from me.

I see your point BUT when I was on Turbine and I had a 'nocturnal' schedule, I was called in there quite often for issues when other admins weren't around (Most EU admins aren't awake yet and US are all dead asleep). Gigglez was sometimes on, though. And it REALLY couldn't hurt to have an admin online between 1a-6a EST, especially now since I sleep all night and stay up all day.
