I also use Konata's "Good Job" as my hitsound, with this in my config:

tf_dingaling_pitchmindmg 125
tf_dingaling_pitchmaxdmg 75

The result on headshots and random crits is... interesting, to say the least.

By the way, I've yet to find that as an actual hitsound, but I did find it as a freezecam sound, so I just renamed the file.
