I got offered this for my Nutz Nickle Amassement of Hats if I add 1.5, is it worth it?

Possibly, seeing how it is a scout hat, with one of the more preferred robo hat effects, and the fact that the Amassment of Hats was never popular, however adding wouldn't be a good idea.

I talked him down to 1 and 3 keys. It seems like a good deal but I still want opinions on it.

I went through with it and now want to get a good idea of the price. Phos looks WAY better than Terror-watt and Memory Lead which go for 3-4. Also it's one of the better Robohats and looks damn good. Any ideas?
