Nope. Nobody on this planet will sell you a bud for two bills hats.

It's not uncommon now. Two white/black bills valued to some at 11 keys/big kill per equal a buds valued at 22 keys. It's not much of a stretch with the bill's hat bubble.

yeah IMO bills have just started to even out with the old 1:2 buds to bills ratio. this is good
