Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:I was recording a demo trying to catch a votabuser, and also got a micspammer as well. Admins note that the micspam and the voteabuse is about halfway into the demo.

First off, Stokesy. His ID is the one I put in the report box. He called a vote against TKMT or whatever his name was for racism. There was no racism. He also called another false vote earlier, although I didn't record that one.

This kid started making awful whining noises right after the voteabuse. It was definitely to annoy people, as he continued even after we asked him to stop. I would count it as micspam.
