The next pics of the conversation up until his, what i consider, admittance of attempted scamming by saying "sorry". Check the times and you will see this all happened in a relatively short period of time, some pics were taken after the fact for this report.

For the duration of this he continually asked for me to give him the items. He was selling CSS and i was going to give him items for said game, i suggested he just used steam trade like everyone else but he declined. As i had rep and he did not i said he needed to go first, he then called me a scammer when i received no game and i didn't give my items. For the admins that have to read all this chat, i apologize, i just don't want this scammer to continue anywhere, he even left bad rep on MY profile page. I'm going to delete the bad rep after i take a picture, but that fact that he is jeopardizing MY trading reputation because i wouldn't fall for his scam is something i wont accept.

Any admin can contact me on steam at any time, add me as a friend, i don't want this guy getting off with anything less than a ban.
Edit: This took 2 hours out of my life just to find out that he was a scammer all along, that's why i'm so pissed off by this whole ordeal.

So wait, how did this happen via steam trade or outside of steam trade? I've never trade games before so I'm not sure how the process works. If you can directly trade via steam trade on this then I don't think we can really do much.

You CAN trade steam gifts in steam trade. This guy was refusing to trade and was just going to send it instead. Whenever someone says that it's an obvious scam attempt

Edit: sorry for sarcasm, but he is a scammer and this is proof, and i dont think this server wants scammers running around, thus he should be banned. If i am mistaken then im sorry i made this report.

So it's up to the admins who trade more. If it's outside of the official trade mechanism then you're really just asking for it IMO, but if others think he deserves a ban then go ahead.

Well the items i was offering was within the official system, so its the same as being scammed in paypal, which i think is treated with all seriousness.

well I think that if this scammer gets banned, the admins should also know the possibility of alts, and ban those aswell there is a way to know alts but i forget...

I would maybe PM Roman (also faron8) about this. I don't think there's doubt in the scam, but I don't know how people feel about a ban because it seems to me this was outside the way the normal trade mechanism worked. I would chalk this up to buyer beware, but I'm not a big trader so this might be going against something sacred I don't know about.

I have encountered this guy on another trade server. Extremely annoying, and probably only 13 years old. He whines like a champ. Was crying about a trade for a crappy weapon, and on voice was saying 'give me a weaaaapppon!' Until we votemuted him. I guess we are fortunate that he isn't smart enough to pull off a scam.

The day after this occured i bought counter strike, so i have it in my library, but i can show you my inventory and library if you want... Also you can see that i didnt recieve the game from him because http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2il0ge8&s=5 that link shows a time of 4:09 where he is saying he already sent the game, but the picture of my inventory shows a time of 4:19 (the game would have shown up within 10 minutes). The reason the chat logs are at around 5 oclock is i took the pictures after the ordeal for this thread.

Pictures of trade history? Personally I think this is a bit vague.

Last trades of the 18th at the top first trades at the bottom (As you can see by the 19th that i included at the top and the 17th i included at the bottom) You can see the seller of the counter strike to me in there. I guess i bought counter strike that same day, i have bad memory :P
