Enabling Halloween items on the server

I play a lot on skial and one thing i like about it is that you can equip Halloween restricted items. I got my own little server where i just fool around and want to use these items as well. So, if its not a secret, how to enable halloween items without choosing Halloween mode in server.cfg with all those pumpkins and thriller taunts?

setting tf_forced_holiday to 6 will force Fullmoon mode, allowing Halloween/Fullmoon restricted gear without enabling candy pumpkins and thriller taunt
