Unfortunately Piero already likes using Skial Middleman so this doesn't change anything.

The people that need to be convinced are the ones that will keep using Paypal until they get a chargeback themselves. Everyone thinks it won't happen to them.

Just like eBay, Paypal is a buyer-friendly service. They know where there bread is buttered...

PayPal asked me to give them information that I sent him the items via post delivery (which of course I didn't since it's a virtual item) and so I made a lot of screenshots and explained that he scammed and now I hope for the best.
I also reported him to the Steam Customer Support. Maybe they will return my items if PayPal doesn't return the money.

Steam just replied to my message. They said that I should only sell to people who I fully trust and that they won't return any items since I agreed to the trade.
Shit happens. . .
Steam linked me to their policy with Scammers:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9958-MJDG-3003

I wrote them that their policy encourages scammers to continue to scam since they fear no item loss.

I guess, Bottiger, that you were right about Steam Support doing nothing against Scammers.

Only hope now is PayPal but I heard that the buyer always wins on PayPal.
