Hey, first of all, thanks everyone for your support it really helps. I would thank you all personally, but I am in a hurry for family matters. I will make this short and sweet.
Steam IDs no longer exist so I figured I should probably update the ban command.
sm_ban "#[U:1:125061460]" 30 "Obvious Aimbot"(in console) !ban "#[U:1:125061460]" 30 "Aimbot"(in chat)
I am pretty sure that is correct, please tell me if it isn't.
Also school is starting up, so I will need to change my times. (Please note I will have some spare time that I will come on, this is just when I am guaranteed to be able to come on)
Monday, 5 P.M. - 10 P.M. EST
Thursday, 5 P.M. - 10 P.M. EST
Most Saturdays, 12 P.M. - 5 P.M. EST
Sunday, 12 P.M. - 5 P.M. EST
Once again, these are only guaranteed times, I will be on more

It depends on how much of freekilling, if a guard freekills one or two people it is a slay, but if they mass freekill it is a day ban.
I'm no admin, but wouldn't the mass freekill ban length depend on previous offenses, not just a day ban straight?
Yes, and you are able to ban for "1 or 2" freekills under the same rule.
Edit: To respond to sarcasms post, it is completely reasonable to slay as a warning, dont think that you cannot.
