The player Zulwarn seemed to have exploited via defying gravity itself and remain floating in the air where he should have fallen to his doom.

It's a console command that enables you to freeze your game, it is cheating and could be seen as an exploit, unsure if it should be resulted in a ban though since you only have 1 instance and a lot of people do this anyway. Also, saying "defying gravity" sounds ridiculous.
